Ways to Volunteer
Gym Supervisors oversee the "open practice sessions" in the All Saints' gym leading up to the tournament. Practice days and times vary-please see the 2017 Tournament Calendar. Practice sessions are held in the late afternoon and evening.
The supervisors facilitate the "pick-up" dodgeball games with careful attention to player safety and game management. Another important role is "teacher." During the open practice sessions, participants may be learning the game of dodgeball and a supervisor plays a vital role in educating the participant(s) in the rules and nuances of the game.
During the two days of the tournament, there are various important "Tournament Services" roles needing be filled. These volunteers assist with production of the tournament, direct participants, and enhance the fans' experiences. Such roles include:

You do not need to be a participate to be a referee. Referees may not both officiate and play in their division, regardless of the bracket.
Regardless of prior experience, we are asking all referees to attend one of the "open practice sessions" and one of the "live scrimmage evenings."
All referees should be very familiar with the FiF Dodgeball Rules and Code of Conduct.
